Model ADDIE pada Desain Case Conference untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus
Abstract
Peserta didik kebutuhan khusus merupakan peserta didik yang memiliki jenis maupun karakter yang unik. Keunikan inilah yang harus dikembangkan dengan pemberian layanan pendidikan layaknya peserta didik pada umumnya. Sekolah inkulis merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada seluruh peserta didik untuk memperoleh pengajaran dalam mengembangkan semua yang potensi, kecerdasan dan bakat istimewa dengan mengikuti proses pendidikan layaknya peserta didik pada umumnya. Sekolah inklusi memberikan pengajaran kepada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dengan dampingan dari guru kelas, shadow teacher dan terapis. Masing-masing pendamping memiliki program dan capaian yang berbeda. Maka dari itu untuk menghindari adanya tumpang tindih antara masing-masing program yang diberikan, diperlukan sebuah mode pengembangan program penanganan pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus yang bersifat menyeluruh dan terintegrasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain model Case Conference pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus melalui model pengembangan ADDIE dan memberikan pedoman penerapan model Case Conference kepada seluruh pihak terkait dalam memberikan pelayanan pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SDN 14 Andaleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model case conference yang dapat digunakan oleh seluruh pihak yang berperan dalam pembelajaran peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus meliputi guru, terapis, shadow teacher, serta orang tua.]
