Tantangan dan Solusi Guru dalam Menyusun Instrumen Asesmen Pembelajaran yang Adaktif
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi guru serta solusi yang diterapkan dalam menyusun instrumen asesmen pembelajaran yang adaptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam guru jenjang SMP dan SMA dari berbagai mata pelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terbuka dan tertutup, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase serta model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi guru meliputi kesulitan dalam menentukan standar penilaian yang adil, keterbatasan waktu dalam menyusun berbagai versi soal, kendala teknis pada platform digital, serta kesulitan menyusun soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) bagi siswa berkemampuan dasar. Solusi yang dilakukan guru antara lain memanfaatkan bank soal MGMP, menggunakan kartu soal manual secara bertingkat, memberikan stimulus visual atau gambar pada soal, serta melakukan pengawasan ketat untuk menjaga objektivitas asesmen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun menghadapi hambatan teknis dan administratif, asesmen adaptif memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa untuk belajar sesuai dengan tingkat kemampuannya.
