Penerapan Metode Outdoor Study Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Puisi Pada Peserta Didik Kelas X SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa kelas X SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang, perlu diterapkan metode pengajaran tersebut di atas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode outdoor study. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, temuan penelitian dalam naskah ini sangat berharga. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, yaitu metode penulisan data dengan menggunakan metode outdoor study, dan nontes, yaitu observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian penggunaan metode outdoor study dalam pembelajaran teks menulis puisi pada siswa kelas X di SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang memperoleh nilai tertinggi 96 dan nilai terendah 76, dengan presentase rata-rata 88%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik telah memahami kurikulum dengan menggunakan metode outdoor study untuk menulis karangan karena telah mencapai tingkat pemahaman yang sama atau lebih tinggi dari KKM yang telah ditetapkan. Hasilnya, metode outdoor study dapat digunakan dalam pengajaran pemahaman membaca pada siswa kelas X di SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. Pendidik hendaknya memilih merode pembelajaran yang ada agar tercapai keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran. Inilah alasan utama mengapa penulis ingin menulis ini. Karena peran pendidik sebagai fasilitator selama proses pembelajaran, diharapkan pendidik selalu inovatif dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi. Dengan begitu peserta didik dapat antusias dan tertarik selama proses pembelajaran.
